The location was perfect, as it was close to the most important ski areas. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and a friendly staff that went above and beyond. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a cozy sitting area and a terrace with beautiful mountain views. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage and took advantage of the sauna and steam room. The dining options were excellent, with delicious breakfast, snack, and dinner offerings available. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

Our vacation was excellent, we can't wait to go back. No complaints, this perfect hotel met expectations. The good atmosphere when you walk in. We could visit everything we needed like casa maria immacolata as it was walking distance to the property.

We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the convenient location near the ski areas and town. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great selection of food. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful, with a few exceptions.
The room was not very clean when we arrived, and the cleaning service was not thorough during our stay. The room was also quite small for a romantic escape, with minimal amenities.

We recently had a delightful winter stay in a charming hotel located in the heart of a beautiful town close to the major ski lifts. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the rooms cozy, comfortable, and quiet. We were impressed with the quality and selection of the food served for breakfast, snacks, and dinner, particularly the mouth-watering dishes prepared by a master chef. the spa was relaxing, and the detox beverage an added bonus. We enjoyed the guided adventure hike and the free happy hour.
The hotel van service ending in the morning could be improved to better cater to guests' needs.
